  • SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.  Orders take 3-4 business days to process after order confirmation. We try our best to get orders out as soon as possible but please allow up to 4 business days for processing. Processing and shipping time estimates do not account for holidays or non-business days.

 

  • STANDARD SHIPPING ORDER TRACKING

Standard Shipping rates will vary based on package weight and distance. Rates will be shown during the checkout process prior to payment. Please allow up to 4 business days for processing and 1-5 business days after processing for delivery. All orders received after 1:00 PM PST will begin processing the next business day.

 

  • ORDER TRACKING

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to be updated.

 

  • OVERNIGHT / INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not ship overnight at this time. 

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

  • INCORRECT SHIPPING INFO

Please confirm that your shipping address entered is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at the time the order is placed.

If your package is returned to La Pica Loca due to an incorrect shipping address provided by you, a refund will be initiated minus the cost of shipping. We do not offer a refund on shipping.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to your address by the USPS after they leave our warehouse.
